Exercise is about rewarding your body 👏🏻 It’s about doing something good for you ♥️ Always think about working out in a positive way and what you will get out of it ➡️ body + mind. 🧘♀️ Work on strengthening your weaknesses. Be patient. And remember to always connect to your core and find your strength.
